Unfortunately at this time we cannot perform warranty work for your vehicle if it is still covered under the factory warranty. If you have an extended warranty that you have purchased, we can probably obtain authorization to repair your vehicle. (The factory warranty must have expired.)

You should obtain an End-Of-Warranty Checkup

When was the last time your car dealership sent you a notice - just before your car went out of warranty - telling you about known problems on your vehicle that should be checked before your warranty expires? It just doesn't happen. The truth is, unless you come to them with a complaint about a problem under warranty, they will never fix it. They don't like to do warranty work. It's just not profitable.

Call us just before your new car warranty expires.

We'll do a complete car condition inspection for free. We have the data on known problems with your car. We can fix anything that's not under warranty right here and then send you to the dealership with a list of everything covered under warranty so that you can have it repaired for free - before your warranty expires.

This can save you some serious money!

“I’m thinking of buying a used car”

When looking at a used car, call us about a Pre-Purchase Inspection. The inspection process can take as little as 15 minutes, or as much as 5 hours, depending on the depth of the inspection. We recommend our standard 2-hour inspection. The inspection includes an over 100-point inspection form, which includes scanning the computers on the vehicle for codes, if the car is so equipped. We place the car on a lift to examine its underbody for hidden mechanical and bodywork problems. We check the body and paint work with a paint thickness gauge. The last step is a thorough test drive.

Make sure that a used car isn't just a big package of costly problems. There may be a reason someone is getting out of this car.

We can tell you what needs fixing (if anything), and you can renegotiate price with this information, or just get out of a bad deal.
