Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle for repair?
We receive five parts deliveries each day. Most parts are available from local suppliers the day that we order them. Most other parts are available the next day. If we must keep your car overnight, we'll help you arrange for a rental vehicle as soon as possible.

Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the shop?
Yes. Just let us know what other work you would like to have done so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

How may I obtain a rental car?
If you need a rental car we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy. Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes. We guarantee parts and labor on all repairs with a One Year or 12,000 Mile (whichever occurs first) Warranty.

What must I do if I have an extended warranty on my car?
When you make your repair appointment, mention that your car is covered by an extended warranty. When you bring your car in for repair, please bring your policy with you and we will do the rest.
